Do your programs work while out of town?

Thanks so much for the info, Amanda! I’ve been working on getting into better shape and it is working…slowly but surely. Sometimes I feel like I need a boost to move me forward a little more at a little faster pace, you know? I am a bridesmaid in a wedding February 20th and am considering Project Iron Angel to get ready for that. However, I’ll be out of town the 7th-15th of this month on a business and pleasure trip, so I’m not sure how that will work. You know, when you’re out of town you are at the mercy of the restaurants… But I want to get started right away to look my best for the wedding. So I’m sort of stuck! I guess the question is, how well does your program work while someone is out of town / away from home?
