I am doing a happy dance . . . today is a big sassy day for Barenakd. My husband, Jay, is getting a new groove. A Barenakd groove. He is taking the plunge to become a entrepreneur and join forces with me to share the New Fit lifestyle.

You’ve probably seen him on our Facebook Fan Page and may have gotten some awesome coaching from this maniac. I know you’ve read his brainy posts and if you are a Iron Angel, you are experiencing his work. He is the tech guru behind the Barenakd site and has put up with my sass for months now. He is a IT professional by day and a Barenakd Coach by night (and non stop on weekends).

He has been pulling double duty for years now and there is no wonder he looks like this:

OK, so not really but I swear sometimes in the wee hours of the morning he resembles this. Thank goodness double duty is over because this Emperor needs a new groove!

Jay is the driving force, the inspiration and the rock behind my work and I could not be more proud of him then today. We began dreaming about this years ago and set out to design a lifestyle that was perfect for us. We solidified our commitment during our wedding vows this past summer and today the design is being implemented.
